Rescuing, Rehabilitating and Rehoming

Welsh Corgis – tails optional...

Do you love Corgis as much as we do? Do you have a space in your heart and home to foster?

If you love nothing more than to see the joy on a sweet corgi’s face during a good belly scratch, or his eyes light up when he sees the leash come out, fostering could be a good fit for you!

We are always on the lookout for volunteer foster homes for our rescues. If you are an experienced dog owner and are willing to open your home to one or more of our dogs, please contact us right away.

Everyone involved with Corgi & Critters N.E.T. Rescue, Inc. is a volunteer.

No salaries are paid.

Each corgi is placed in a foster home until the perfect forever home is found. Meanwhile, the corgis are neutered, vaccinated, made healthy, housetrained, crate trained, and taught the proper house manners necessary to become a great pet. Finding a suitable applicant and making sure the dog is in the proper condition for adoption could take a short time, or could take longer, depending on each dog’s situation.

Ways to volunteer include fostering, transportation of dogs, pulling rescues from shelters and doing home visits. Corgi & Critters N.E.T. Rescue, Inc. is financially responsible for all the needs of the rescue during the fostering period, including vet care, food, needs of the dog, etc.

If you would like more information or are interested in becoming a foster parent, please contact Barbara Blume at the phone number or email address below.
